Unique gift ideas for everyone in your life

Stop guessing. Start impressing.

Tell GIFTbase who you are buying for, what they love and your budget. It finds real gifts with store links, keeps their wishlists and reminds you of every date.

GIFTbase

Three things you can do with GIFTbase

Find gift ideas

Tell us who you're buying for — and get 10 ideas for that person, with links to buy or book in your city. Personal picks live in the app.

Curated collections from the GIFTbase team — by occasion and interest — are open right here on the site.

Create a wishlist

For any occasion: birthday, Christmas, wedding, anniversary. Links from any store, and friends reserve gifts — without you seeing who took what, if you'd rather not. The surprise stays, the duplicates don't.

Surprise loved ones

We're building a collection of gift-giving scenarios: from a personal hunt around your home in the app to free printable hunts for kids on the site. A gift you have to find is remembered longer.

The app

How GIFTbase finds the gift

Ideas for one specific person, with prices and links to stores in your city — and a calendar so the date never sneaks up on you.

Describing the recipient: interests, psychology, personal survey

Describe the person

Interests, what they already have, the occasion and the budget. The profile is saved and works all year: a birthday in June, Christmas in December, an anniversary in between.

Swipe through 10 ideas

The app comes up with specific gifts, checks that they exist and finds them in stores in your city. Each has a “why it fits” line and a link to buy. Right to keep, left for the next one.

Add wishes by link

Paste a link from any store: the app pulls the picture, the name and the price, and you pick the wishlist it goes to.

Remember every date

Birthdays, anniversaries, holidays — in one calendar. Reminders come early enough to actually choose and buy something.

Everything on one screen

Upcoming events, ideas and wishlists, quick gift search. Widgets put the nearest dates right on your home screen.

Wishlists

What a wishlist is and how it works

A wishlist is a list of things you actually want, with links and prices, that you send as one link. It kills the eternal “what do you want?”, saves everyone from duplicates and from gifts that end up unused: for a birthday, Christmas, a wedding, a new baby. Friends don't need an account to view the list and reserve a gift.

  1. Add wishes by link

Copy a product link from any store — the app fetches the picture and the title.

  2. Share one link

In a messenger, in a story, in the family chat. The list opens without signing up.

  3. Friends reserve without spoilers

Friends see what's already taken; whether you see it is your call in the list settings. The surprise stays, the duplicates don't.

Yes. The calendar with reminders, wishlists, shared lists and gift reservations are free forever. Gift search: three searches to start — that's 30 ideas — and one more free search every month. The subscription is for people who give a lot: 10 searches a month, a recipient questionnaire and gift-giving scenarios.

It starts from a profile of the person: interests, age, what they already have, the occasion and the budget. A neural network comes up with specific gifts, the app checks that they exist and finds them in stores in your city. You get ten ideas, each with a reason why it fits and a link to buy.

Gift search looks for stores in the recipient's country and city, with budgets in dollars, euros or rubles. Outside Russia you get local and global stores; Russian-speaking users get Russian marketplaces.

Yes. Copy a link to any product from any store and paste it into the list — the app fetches the image and the title. Send the list to friends as one link or keep it together.

iPhone and iPad (iOS 15.6 or later) in the App Store, Android on Google Play. Same features, one account. Languages: English and Russian.
